Account & Profile data: your name, mobile number, email, password, contact person, salon/business details, city and locality, work experience, skills, and profile photo.

Usage data: jobs you view, apply to, or save; searches; and device/app information such as device model, operating system version, and app version.

Content you upload: photos, documents (e.g. business or verification documents), and any information you add to your profile or job listings.

To create and manage your account, and to connect job seekers with employers.

To display relevant job listings and candidate profiles, process applications, and enable communication between users.

To send you notifications about applications, interview calls, and account activity, and to improve, secure, and personalize the Platform.

When you apply to a job, relevant profile and contact details are shared with the concerned employer; when an employer posts a job, their details are shown to job seekers.

We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, notifications) who process it solely on our behalf, and where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
